A Day In The Life As a Project Specialist at Monster Energy, you'll be at the heart of our electrifying business unit, driving the success of multiple dynamic channels and projects. You'll take the lead on high-octane projects, ensuring they roar to success. Your role will involve turbocharging the team with fulfillment tasks and gaining unparalleled experience by closely collaborating with our powerhouse sales team.

- Prospect, open, and develop new accounts that authentically align with the Monster Energy and beach lifestyle.
- Build volume and expand brand presence within existing accounts through improved distribution, displays/signage, innovation, and equipment placement.
- Drive business results within the assigned territory by owning sales performance, execution, and market growth initiatives.
- Train and influence bottler sales teams through prospecting days, joint sales calls, presentations, and huddles—strengthening product knowledge, account strategy, and program execution.
- Drive increased brand visibility across the territory, positioning the brand as a leading energy choice among local consumers.
- Identify, develop, and manage partnerships with local businesses, events, and community initiatives.
- Source and support sampling programs, retail activations, and grassroots marketing opportunities within accounts and surrounding communities.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to identify new opportunities and expand existing account portfolios.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders regarding project planning, timelines, and execution.
- Generate reports and status updates to track progress, deliverables, and business results.
- Participate in company meetings, sampling initiatives, retail meetings, and local events.
- Prefer a Bachelor s Degree in the field of -- Business Administration, Finance, Sales and Marketing, or related field of study
- Experience Desired:
Between 1-3 years of experience in Sales/Marketing in a beverage or Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG) industry - Computer Skills Desired:
Proficiency with Microsoft Office -- Excel, Word and Power Point - Preferred
Certifications:
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is a plus - Additional Knowledge or Skills to be Successful in this role:
Ability to establish good relationships and credibility with customers; ability to collaborate at all levels internally and externally. Excellent at managing time, priorities, and expenses. Able to work independently while being a team player.
Monster Energy provides a competitive total compensation; this position has an annual estimated salary of $63,750 - $85,000. The actual pay may vary depending on your skills, qualifications, experience, and work location.
