Sales Associate at BLISS Car Wash

$17.00/hr - $22.00/hr

• Greet and create an exceptional first impression for all guests.

• Offer & Sale BLISS Single Wash Packages as well as Upgrades.
• Meet/Exceed Sales Targets.
• Provide excellent service to ensure that ALL guests have a BLISSFUL experience.
• Maintain a safe and clean work area.
• Maintain high standards of personal appearance and grooming, including proper uniform appearance policy.
• Follow company safety protocol and be a team player.
• Enjoy working outdoors.

• Ensure all vehicles are loaded correctly and safely onto the conveyor.
• Prep the vehicle within company guidelines.
• Perform after-hours site cleaning per schedule (Tunnel equipment, floor, walls, pit, vacuum area, walkways, queuing area, etc.).

• MUST HAVE SALES EXPERIENCE.

• Maintain the highest level of service.
• Adapt to high-volume retail environment and team setting.
• Flexibility to adapt to variety of situations.
• Work varied hours/days as business dictates.
• Improve through training.

• Build great relationships with guests and co-workers through excellent communication and follow-through.

Reports to the Site Manager.

• Work outdoors in a loud environment due to car wash equipment and vehicles.
• Constant exposure to fumes from equipment, cleaning solvents, dust, fumes, gases.
• Temperature fluctuations (heat, cold, humidity), some noise and vibration exposure.

• Stand and walk for extended periods, in constant motion, do physical activities, lift up to 50lbs, bend, reach, stoop.
• Operate all related equipment.
