As a Sales Associate, you will build relationships with customers, assist them in vehicle selection, demonstrate new and used vehicles, follow‑up with buyers, and strive to exceed sales goals. You will report directly to the Sales Manager and bring a positive, customer‑first attitude to the role.

• Build relationships and create customers for life; assist them in selecting a vehicle by asking questions and listening carefully to their responses.
• Be the vehicle expert; know the ins and outs of product offerings, optional packages, and latest technology.
• Perform high‑quality and professional demonstrations of new and used vehicles.
• Follow‑up with buyers to ensure referral business.
• Learn to overcome objections and thrive in sales situations.
• Report objectives, planned activities, reviews, and analyses to the Sales Manager.
• Bring a positive attitude and your “A” game every day.

• Available to work flexible hours and weekends.
• Ready to hit the ground running and learn new product ins and outs.
• Fantastic communication skills with customers.
• Professional, well‑groomed personal appearance.
• Clean driving record.
• Willing to submit to a pre‑employment background check and drug screen.

Base hourly compensation ranging from $16.90 to $55.00. Commission is available based on sales performance with no upper limit.
