Overview
Our Assistant Managers are full-time, salaried positions that oversee production and assist with store operations including achieving overall performance goals with sales, customer service, product quality, and staff development.
Responsibilities- Oversee production and assist with store operations to achieve sales, customer service, product quality, and staff development goals.
- Lead and coach team members to deliver personal, hands-on service to customers and maintain high quality standards.
- Is a current ready-to-advance Assistant Manager OR Supervisor from a retail or restaurant environment who is passionate about personal, hands-on service for their customers.
- Can demonstrate growth in previous roles; understands how costs affect profitability and how to control those costs.
- Wants to build relationships in the community, increase store sales, and is a strong coach who can identify and develop talent (experience hiring seasonal workers a plus).
We are a 65+ year old brand with uncompromised quality. We value balance: we are closed on Sundays, and managers typically work about 50 hours per week. Managers have full accountability of their store operations.

- Base salary for Assistant GM roles in the $52,000 - $60,000 range.

What Else to Know?- Store leaders must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- The role requires bending, stooping, standing for long periods, twisting and lifting products and supplies up to 65 lbs, and working with a hot torch.
