Retail Store Associate at Wild Fork
. As a team member, you will be trained to deliver a memorable experience to guests, develop product knowledge, and provide recommendations on proteins and recipes. You will be responsible for inventory control to maximize freshness and availability, replenishing low stock items, picking and packing online orders, and delivering a friendly checkout experience.

Compensation: $20 an hour plus monthly bonus based on performance.

• Be a Brand Ambassador – enthusiastic and passionate about our quality products, educate customers on what WFF stands for.
• Become a product and culinary expert by actively participating in training classes to provide great recipes and cooking tips for our proteins.
• Provide a butcher-friendly shopping experience by personalizing every step of the way.
• Assist customers at checkout and deliver a memorable experience.
• Stocking duties including lifting up to 50 lb, rotating products, ordering, dusting, and cleaning the store.
• Oversee daily price changes and manage cash register as required.
• Process customer e-commerce orders and oversee timely product handouts for deliveries.
• Work in an extremely cold environment (walk-in freezer) including pulling racks, processing shipments, and performing monthly inventory.
• Perform other related duties.

• High school degree or GED preferred, not required.
• One year of customer service experience in retail, hospitality, or restaurant is required.
• Excellent verbal communication skills with the ability to engage a wide range of people and listen carefully to their needs.
• Work with integrity as a team toward shared goals.
• Demonstrated determination and ability to deliver results with urgency, time management, and prioritization.
• Treat the role as your own and take ownership and responsibility.
• Respect others and consider different opinions.
• Strong cognitive skills including problem analysis.
• Enthusiasm and passion for food and customer service (preferred).
• Excellent organizational and multitasking skills; dependability and commitment.
• Fundamental math skills (addition, subtraction, multiplication, division).
• Ability to meet seasonal peaks, workloads, and deadlines.
• Flexibility to work various hours and shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

• Physically able to exert up to 50 pounds of force.
• Occasional exposure to extreme temperatures (walk-in freezers).
• Stand/walk for up to 8-10 hours.
• Frequent movement within the store to access various departments, areas, and products.
