Bartender / Server (Part-Time, Fill-In Shifts)

Location: Huntington Beach, CA

Schedule: As-needed basis — weekends & occasional weeknights

Bruno’s Bar & Grille is seeking an energetic and reliable Bartender/Server to join our hospitality team on a part-time, fill-in basis
. This role is perfect for someone with a flexible schedule who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys serving good vibes alongside great food and drinks.

We're looking for someone who can jump in for weekend shifts
, and help cover weeknights as needed based on events (live music, karaoke, game nights, etc.).

• Greet and serve guests with a friendly, upbeat attitude
• Take food and beverage orders accurately
• Mix and serve drinks to spec (bartender shifts)
• Handle transactions using Toast POS (experience preferred)
• Maintain a clean, organized workspace
• Support team members during busy shifts
• Help execute smooth guest experiences during events and high-traffic hours

• 21+ years old
• Valid RBS Certification (Responsible Beverage Service – CA requirement)
• Valid Food Handler Certificate
• At least 1 year of bartending or serving experience
• Strong multitasking and communication skills
• Weekend and/or weeknight availability required
• Toast POS experience is a strong plus

• Work in a fun, high-energy environment with live music, sports, and a loyal customer base
