The Expeditor ensures production jobs move through the shop floor efficiently by coordinating between departments, resolving constraints, and accelerating work-in-process to meet delivery commitments.

• Responsible for moving parts based on job operations as they are completed.
• Ensure completed operations are promptly reported in ERP and properly stamped off in the traveler.
• Expedite jobs delayed due to material, labor, tooling, or quality issues.
• Coordinate priorities with supervisors and planners.
• Communicate job status updates to Production Control Planning Team.
• Support recovery plans for late or high-priority orders.
• Assist with part staging, job sequencing, and re-prioritization.
• Identify bottlenecks and escalate issues impacting delivery.
• Must be a U.S. Person (U.S. Citizen or U.S. Permanent Resident or other status as a U.S. Person).

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing or production environment.
• High School Diploma
• Ability to read, speak and write in English
• Forklift Certification (Training can be provided)
• Understanding of routings, travelers, and shop floor operations.
• ERP experience (Epicor preferred).
• Strong problem-solving and coordination skills.
• Ability to assist with process improvement.
• Ability to work directly with operators and supervisors.
