The Senior Admissions Counselor leads all admissions and call center operations, driving growth through strategic planning, performance management, and team leadership. This role combines strategy with hands-on operational oversight, serving as a key link between admissions, clinical teams, and executive leadership.

• Oversee daily admissions and call center operations
• Set and achieve admissions goals aligned with organizational growth
• Establish and monitor performance metrics and KPIs
• Coach, mentor, and develop high-performing admissions teams
• Ensure accurate lead tracking, reporting, and data integrity
• Collaborate with clinical leadership on bed availability and intake coordination

• 2+ years of call center leadership experience (behavioral healthcare preferred)
• Proven ability to manage admissions teams, metrics, and conversion performance
• Experience with Kipu and Zoho preferred
• Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
