Overview
Store Manager – Coffee Shop
Full-Time | $45,000 - $47,000 per year
Water slake Capital is looking for a passionate and driven Store Manager to lead our high-energy, service-focused barista team. This role is responsible for overseeing all aspects of staffing, sales, and operations to create an exceptional coffee experience for our customers. Responsibilities- Team Leadership & Development:
Recruit, train, and develop a dynamic team of 25-40 employees, including Assistant Managers and baristas, to deliver top-tier customer service. - Customer
Experience:
Ensure every guest enjoys an outstanding experience by maintaining high service standards, product quality, and a welcoming store atmosphere. - Operations & Compliance:
Uphold food safety protocols, cleanliness, visual merchandising, and equipment maintenance. - Performance Management:
Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations, fostering a culture of growth and accountability. - Sales & Profitability:
Drive sales, monitor store performance, and implement strategies to meet and exceed revenue goals. - Scheduling & Staffing:
Create and manage staff schedules to optimize productivity while balancing labor costs. - Financial Accountability:
Oversee cash handling, reporting, and adherence to company policies and financial procedures.
- Competitive Salary: $45,000 - $47,000 per year.

- 2+ years of supervisory experience in a restaurant, cafe, or retail environment.
- Food service experience required; coffee shop experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to motivate and develop a team in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong multitasking and organizational abilities.
- Must be able to travel to Omaha, NE for training during the first four weeks.
