Position Responsibilities:
- Building strong and effective relationships with key internal and external customers.
- Identifying key business opportunities through collaborative business planning.
- Identifying relevant insights, leveraging industry knowledge to advance the beverage category/space strategy and solutions.
- Partners with key internal customers and retailers to build an effective space and assortment strategy.
- Viewed by retailers as a subject matter expert in space & assortment.
- Leverage retailer relationship to gain fair share or more space.
- Focused mainly on managing reset scheduling and space lab team
- Travel up to 20% of the time, but majority of time spent in office
- Located in the Sacramento or Huntington Beach
- Other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s Degree and 7 plus years of related experience with 4 plus years of management experience or High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) and 10 plus years of specific experience with 5 plus years of management experience
