What You’ll Do- Lead, coach, and mentor a team of four SaaS sales reps.
- Operate as a player-coach, actively managing deals while developing your team.
- Build, refine, and scale sales processes—pipeline management, forecasting, and CRM best practices.
- Partner with Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align on GTM strategy.
- Identify new market opportunities and partnerships to drive growth.
- Report on performance metrics and optimize for conversion and revenue.
- Hire, train, and onboard new sales talent as the team grows.
- Proven success in SaaS sales with experience leading a team of 3–6 reps.
- Strong new business development and outbound sales expertise.
- Excellent coaching, leadership, and communication skills.
- Familiarity with key SaaS metrics (CAC, LTV, ARR, churn, upsell/cross-sell).
- Ability to thrive onsite in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
