Range: $16.90 / DOE

The host/ess greets guests upon arrival, seats them promptly, bids farewell, and invites them back upon departure.

• Greet guests immediately upon arrival.
• Inform guests that their table is ready and invite them to the table.
• Carry guests’ drinks from the bar area to their seats and transfer their tab to the table if needed.
• Pull out chairs and tables to facilitate seating.
• Answer calls promptly and politely.
• Use all tables on a rotation to maximize turnaround and maintain a smooth flow.
• Keep the host stand organized and stocked.
• Move furniture as directed by management (tables, chairs, bar stools, banquettes, etc.).
• Tour the restaurant periodically to identify any empty tables.
• Respond to guest concerns or complaints and resolve them while maintaining a positive attitude, escalating to management when necessary.
• Complete opening, running, and closing side‑work duties as assigned.
• Assist teammates with side‑work duties upon request.
• Perform additional assigned tasks as necessary.

• High School Diploma preferred.
• Proof of eligibility to work in the United States.
• Valid Driver’s License.
• 18+ years of age.
• Possession of all state‑required work cards or ability to obtain them.
• Minimum of one (1) year related experience.
• Familiarity with Opentable.
• Proper lifting techniques.
• Guest relations skills.
• Sanitation and safety awareness.
• Safe alcohol service.
• Full‑service restaurant operations experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively and assertively in English, both verbally and in writing.

• Work indoors and/or outdoors, exposed to hot or cold surfaces, steam, and wet floors.
• Work in a noise‑heavy environment that varies with guest volume.
• Fast‑paced, high‑volume, full‑service restaurant.
• Work varied shifts, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Walk long periods of time.
• Stand for long periods of time.
• Use hands to handle, control, or feel objects, tools, or controls.
• Repeat the same movements for long periods of time.
• Understand the speech of another person.
• Speak clearly so listeners can understand.
• Push and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Reach with hands and arms; climb stairs; balance; stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl.
