Overview

PRN OPPORTUNITY/PRN/OCCASIONAL WEEKENDS
VACCINE EXP. PLUS

• Provide Physical Health Assessments to military personnel, including reviewing the PHA form, Functional Capacity Certificate and any medical records the Service member brings to the event.
• Interview the Service member to obtain additional details about current and past medical issues.
• Conduct a very brief focused exam as required.
• Identify current health risks, provide brief counseling, and document on the 2766 in the Service member's medical record.
• Recommend appropriate referral information.

• Qualified Nurse Practitioner candidates will possess a Master's degree.
• Active license and primary care experience required.
• Ability to work independently, strong interpersonal skills, and ability to work as part of a team while remaining flexible and adaptable to changing situations.
• Basic computer knowledge and skills; ability to adapt to different, stressful environments.
• Must be able to work long hours that require active movement to different locations.
• Knowledge of Military procedures and protocols, databases and acronyms is preferred.
