$18.00/hr – $22.00/hr

• Provide personal care: dressing, bathing, grooming, and meal assistance.
• Perform light housekeeping: basic cleaning, laundry, and organization.
• Transport clients to appointments, run errands, and grocery shopping.
• Offer companionship through games, puzzles, and other activities that provide social and emotional support.

• At least 1 year of professional caregiving experience.
• At least 18 years of age.
• HCA registration with the State of California (We can help obtain upon hire), including meeting state background requirements.
• Valid driver’s license and access to a fully insured personal vehicle.
• TB clearance or chest X‑ray.

Caregivers must comply with state background screening requirements and must be eligible to work in the U.S. Certain additional eligibility requirements, compensation, benefits, and bonuses vary by state and location, so please ask for complete details at your interview.

In accordance with Article 2 of the California Health and Safety Code - California Community Care Facilities Act, The Key requires timely and accurate positive fingerprint identification of applicants as a condition of employment. If an applicant has been convicted of a non‑exemptible crime, and in compliance with all applicable state and local laws, their conditional offer will be rescinded.
