Responsibilities
Your role will include, but not be limited to, the following:
- Interfacing with loan officers to facilitate rate lock requests, pricing scenarios, and loan structuring
- Utilizing the Automated Underwriting System (AUS) to review and approve files prior to locking
- Verifying the accuracy of fees, lender credits, and borrower charges to ensure compliance with pricing and disclosure guidelines
- Checking and comparing pricing via Optimal Blue and Investor portals to identify best execution options
- Collaborating with loan officers to construct profit calculations and confirm loan approvals
- Executing rate locks with investors and confirming lock terms with relevant parties
- Maintaining accurate lock data within the Loan Origination System (LOS) and centralized lock log
- Processing lock extensions, relocks, and changes as needed, and updating LOS and investors accordingly
- Assisting with file stacking and organization, as needed
- Monitoring lock expiration dates and proactively notifying loan teams of upcoming deadlines
- Other related duties as assigned
$25 per hour plus commission of $15 per funded loan you lock and an additional bonus of $2000 per month if you work 4 days of the week starting at 1PM or later on a weekly basis for the whole month.
