There is a correlation in the amount of work you put into the role that translates successfully financially.

• Have a valid CA DRE (Department of Real Estate) license
• Be available to work in our modern Huntington Beach office, just minutes from the ocean
• Have a valid CA NMLS license and be willing to obtain other state licenses
• We are licensed in: AZ, CO, FL, GA, , IL, MI, OH, OK, OR, PA, SC, TN, TX, VA, & WA
