Mortgage Loan Officer – Elite Live Transfer Division (Remote)

We are looking for an Experienced Loan Officer who speaks the language of mortgages and can lead our growing team to success.

• Act as the go‑to professional for loan app structuring, teaching, and support, especially for the 6 new Loan Officers hired in the last 30 days.
• Provide back‑end support and mentoring, helping new team members master file structuring and loan processes.
• Build and lead a high‑performance team, communicating expectations and fostering a culture of excellence.
• Collaborate closely with the pipeline, lead generation, and relationship‑building functions to secure and process high‑volume mortgage applications.

• Proven experience as a Loan Officer (Processor experience is a plus but not required).
• Deep knowledge of Conventional, Government, and Non‑QM products.
• Fluency in DU/LP software.
• Extensive familiarity with Fannie Mae and Freddie Mac policies.
• Unwavering work ethic and a winning attitude—no room for mediocrity.
• Strong leadership and training ability—able to coach teammates and structure files.
• Ready to work hard, 7 days a week; 12‑15 hours daily, while maintaining a relentless drive.
