With advanced technology—3D scanners, 3D printers, and multiple PRF machines—the practice places over 1,000 implants annually while maintaining a premium service model focused on patient experience.
A robust referral network is supported by continuing education programs, study clubs, and exclusive relationship-building events. This investment ensures a steady, high-quality patient flow and strong professional partnerships.
Position SummaryWe are seeking a talented and personable Oral Surgeon to join our thriving team. This is a unique opportunity to step into a high-production role with a proven track record—our departing associate consistently produced $1.8–2 million annually working just four days per week.
The right candidate will benefit from strong clinical infrastructure, a dedicated referral base, and a well-established patient flow while being supported on a clear pathway to partnership for the right candidate.
Compensation & Benefits- Base Salary: $250,000 with monthly production reviews
- Transition to Percentage-Based Compensation:
Typically within six months, once production exceeds base salary - Partnership Track Available
- Employment Structure: W2 during base phase; transition to 1099 once off of base salary
- Benefits:
- Board certification expenses, malpractice insurance, and association memberships
- Health insurance during W2 phase; self-managed during 1099 phase
- 401k and pension options available for qualifying employees
- Standard four-day work week; alternating schedules with Fridays as full team days
- Core procedures: sedation, extractions, bone grafting, and implant placement
- 1,000+ implants placed annually (non-robotic systems)
- Full anesthesia capabilities in place for expanded utilization
- Growth opportunities in orthognathic/jaw surgery and other specialized procedures
- Flexible scheduling to accommodate patient needs, including afternoon surgeries
- Board-certified Oral & Maxillofacial Surgeon (or board eligible)
- Training preferred from West Coast, Southern, or Midwest programs
- Outgoing, personable, and sociable demeanor to match our high-service culture
- Demonstrated ability to produce at a high level; case portfolios and references strongly encouraged
- Partnership-oriented mindset—ready to contribute as a peer and collaborator
- Cultural fit with premium service model and ability to engage confidently with an affluent patient base
- Active participation in study clubs (hygiene and doctor-focused)
- Contribution to CE events, speaker engagements, and community marketing initiatives
