Order Entry / Customer Service Representative

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm (onsite)

Location: Huntington Beach, CA

Overview: An exciting and fast‑growing e-commerce consumer goods company in Huntington Beach is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Order Entry / Customer Service Representative
. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, collaborating with warehouse and shipping teams, and ensuring customers receive exceptional service—especially during the busy holiday season.

• Process and manage customer orders through Ship Station and SAGE ERP
• Provide responsive customer service via email, phone, and ticketing systems
• Track order statuses and shipping details to ensure timely delivery
• Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to resolve issues quickly
• Maintain data and freight rate tracking in Google Sheets and Excel
• Support day‑to‑day warehouse operations as needed

• 1+ year of experience in Customer Service or Order Entry
  , ideally in consumer goods or e-commerce
• Experience working onsite with shipping or warehouse teams
• Proficiency with Ship Station
  , SAGE
  , Google Sheets
  , and Excel preferred
• Tech‑minded, SOP‑driven, and organized with a strong sense of ownership
• Excellent attention to detail and communication skills; confident speaking up to solve problems
• Knowledge of freight rates a plus

• Busy season runs November through December
• May work occasional Saturdays (with advance notice)
