School Success Manager

Hyper Martial Arts – Pro Training Center is seeking a School Success Manager to support daily operations, deliver exceptional customer service, and assist with enrollment and retention.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working with people, communicating with families, and contributing to a fast‑paced, positive environment. You will be the first point of contact for members and guests and play a key role in the school’s success.

• Greet members and guests in a friendly, professional manner
• Answer questions and assist families with programs, events, and schedules
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming facility
• Respond promptly to member requests, inquiries, and concerns

• Contact absent members and follow up as needed
• Send text and email reminders for events and appointments
• Prepare handouts, posters, and event materials
• Maintain accurate member records (billing, waivers, attendance, birthdays)
• Track inventory and support daily checklists
• Participate in team meetings and trainings
• Follow up on leads, appointments, and inquiries
• Conduct facility tours for prospective members
• Assist with new student enrollments and onboarding
• Sell equipment, events, and program upgrades
• Support retention, renewals, and weekly enrollment goals
• Maintain accurate sales and enrollment data

• 1+ year of customer service or sales experience preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Comfortable speaking with parents, children, and adults
• Organized, dependable, and able to multitask
• Basic computer and system proficiency
• Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
• Enjoy working in a team‑oriented environment
