Customer Service / Order Entry Specialist (Onsite – Full Time)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM (occasional Saturdays during peak season)

Are you detail‑oriented, tech‑savvy, and enjoy working in a fast‑paced environment? Our client, a well‑known consumer goods company, is looking for a Customer Service / Order Entry Specialist to join their close‑knit operations team. This is a great opportunity to work hands‑on with both office and warehouse teams, helping keep orders flowing smoothly during their busiest season.

• Process customer orders with accuracy and attention to detail
• Provide customer support and manage order inquiries via ticketing system
• Track shipments and order statuses; communicate updates to customers and internal teams
• Collaborate with warehouse and shipping teams to ensure timely fulfillment
• Maintain freight rate data and order tracking in Google Sheets and Excel
• Support order processing through Ship Station and SAGE (ERP system)

• At least 1 year of experience in order entry, customer service, or e‑commerce order fulfillment
• Background in the consumer goods industry preferred
• Comfortable working in‑office and stepping into the warehouse as needed
• Strong communicator who’s not afraid to speak up and ask questions
• Tech‑minded with excellent attention to detail and ability to follow SOPs
• Experience with freight rates a plus
