🌟 Part‑Time Office Personal Assistant with Excellent organization skills

TSEC is a dynamic, family‑owned subcontractor specializing in steel fabrication and installation
. We’re small but mighty, currently managing multiple contracts‑and we’re growing. We care about quality, clear communication, and building a strong team culture.

This summer, we’re looking for an organized, driven individual to support our office operations while learning the ropes of the construction business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supporting our executive team (calendar, errands, scheduling)
  • Organizing digital files and maintaining spreadsheets
  • Assisting with timecard collection and onboarding documents
  • Creating simple Word/Google Docs, PDFs, and checklists
  • Problem‑solving day‑to‑day needs as they arise
  • Occasionally communicating with vendors or clients
  • Light errands or ordering supplies if needed
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills (formulas, sorting, accuracy)
  • Excellent organization and follow‑through
  • Interest in accounting, entrepreneurship, construction or project management is a plus

  • Is studying or has interest in Accounting, HR, Entrepreneurship, or Construction
  • Has strong computer skills, Excel/Google Sheets skills
  • Thrives in a small team setting
  • Is curious, reliable, and ready to learn
  • Part‑time 20 hrs 10 a.m.–2:00 p.m.
