The Executive Assistant manages administrative workflows, handles day-to-day coordination for executives, organizes corporate priorities, and ensures smooth communication across departments. This position requires exceptional attention to detail, strong follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a quickly growing boutique fitness brand.

Key Responsibilities Executive Support
  • Manage executive calendars, scheduling, meeting coordination, and travel logistics
  • Prepare agendas, take meeting notes, track action items, and follow up on deliverables
  • Handle confidential information with discretion
  • Assist with drafting emails, presentations, and documents
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external communication on behalf of leadership
Administrative Operations
  • Organize and maintain corporate documents, SOPs, and files
  • Assist with HR-related tasks including onboarding documents, background checks, and compliance forms
  • Support expense reporting, invoice tracking, and basic bookkeeping tasks
  • Manage office supplies, vendor relationships, and equipment organization
Project Coordination
  • Help track timelines and deliverables for corporate projects and studio initiatives
  • Assist in preparing materials for franchise support, sales trainings, leadership meetings, and presentations
  • Maintain dashboards and trackers for corporate priorities and ongoing initiatives
  • Support rollout of operational systems and updates across the STRIDE network
Communication and Cross-Department Support
  • Facilitate communication between leadership, studios, franchise partners, and support teams
  • Help organize internal newsletters, announcements, and updates
  • Coordinate logistics for team meetings, workshops, trainings, and events
  • Assist with collecting information, gathering reports, and preparing summaries for leadership
Skills and Qualities
