Overview
We're hiring a Junior Staff Accountant to support tax preparation, accounting, and bookkeeping services for business and individual clients. This is a great opportunity for an early-career accountant to gain hands-on experience in a public accounting environment.
Responsibilities- Assist with preparation of individual and business tax returns
- Support bookkeeping and general ledger maintenance
- Prepare basic financial statements and reports
- Assist senior staff with accounting and tax projects
- Maintain organized and accurate client records
- Communicate with team members to support client deliverables
- Degree in Accounting or related field preferred
- Entry-level to early-career accounting experience
- Basic understanding of tax and accounting principles
- Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Hourly pay: $20 - $30 per hour
