Overview

Senior Tax Accountant — We're hiring a Senior Tax Accountant to manage and prepare complex tax returns for business and individual clients. This role requires strong technical tax knowledge, client-facing experience, and the ability to work independently within a small CPA firm.

• Prepare and review individual, business, and partnership tax returns
• Manage multiple client engagements and deadlines
• Provide tax planning and advisory support
• Review work prepared by junior staff
• Communicate directly with clients regarding tax matters
• Stay current on federal and state tax regulations

• Several years of experience in public accounting or tax preparation
• Strong knowledge of individual and business tax compliance
• Ability to manage workload independently and meet deadlines
• Excellent communication and client service skills
• CPA preferred but not required

• Salary range: $65,000 - $125,000 based on experience
