Requirements
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
  • CPA or CMA designation preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in cost accounting or financial analysis
  • Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles and practices
  • Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Oracle, SAP)
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
  • Strong leadership and communication abilities
  • Detail‑oriented with exceptional organizational skills
Day to Day Responsibilities

The Cost Accounting Manager is responsible for overseeing the organization’s cost accounting functions, ensuring the accuracy of cost data, and analyzing financial information to support strategic decision‑making. This role involves developing cost models, preparing reports, and collaborating with multiple departments to optimize cost efficiency.
