You'll Be Doing
  • Making outbound calls to warm leads and prospective customers
  • Handling inbound calls and enquiries with professionalism and confidence
  • Promoting offers, products, and services while tailoring solutions to each customer
  • Identifying upselling and cross‑selling opportunities
  • Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and follow‑ups
  • Collaborating with your team to share ideas, support one another, and celebrate success
What We're Looking For
  • Previous experience in a telesales or target‑driven customer service role
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • Resilient, positive, and driven to achieve and exceed targets
  • A customer‑first attitude, with strong listening and problem‑solving skills
  • Quick to learn and adaptable – full training will be provided
