Our client is looking to hire two passionate and dedicated bakers to join their team at their location at Unit 5 Beech Court, Fenstanton. Whether you’re an experienced baker or new to the craft, our client welcomes your enthusiasm to learn in this full-time role.

As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating a wide variety of high-quality baked goods, including bread, pastries, and cakes. This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills, grow within the baking industry, and contribute to their well-loved products.

What will your role look like?

Prepare a variety of baked goods with an emphasis on quality, flavour, and presentation
Adhere to recipes while maintaining cleanliness and organisation in the kitchen
Help manage inventory and ensure the bakery runs smoothly
Collaborate with a team to meet production targets and maintain workflow efficiency
Offer creative input for new products and seasonal bakes
