Eastfield House - Monday to Friday, circa 6am to 2pm daily, 37 hours per week full-time.

• Load different types of waste onto the collection vehicles as part of a crew.
• Collect all forms of household and recycling waste.
• Be polite, helpful and comfortable working outside in all weathers.
• Be able to lift heavy loads as part of daily duties.

• Ability to make decisions on what waste can and cannot be removed.
• Undertake risk assessments when working with the driver.
• Be aware of health and safety in relation to manual handling.
• Good communication skills, both with the crew and the public.
• Ability to follow instructions and always conduct yourself in a professional manner.
• Work in accordance with Health and Safety guidelines.
• All PPE will be provided.

An offer of employment is conditional upon having the right to work in the UK. HDC does not hold a Sponsorship Licence and is unable to provide a Certificate of Sponsorship (CoS) or take over sponsorship for any role.
