Soft Services / Help Desk Manager – Hinchingbrooke Treatment Centre

We're looking for a Soft Services / Help Desk Manager to join our Hinchingbrooke Treatment Centre team based in Hinchingbrooke, Huntingdon
.

Location: Hinchingbrooke, Huntingdon – on-site working

Hours: 40 hours per week, Mon–Fri, 07:30–16:30 (1-hour unpaid lunch break). Some flexibility on hours is available if desired; just let us know.

We are unable to offer certificates of sponsorship to candidates in this role.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and leading all Soft Services operations, including Portering, Domestic Cleaning, Pest Control, and Window Cleaning
  • Ensuring helpdesk requests are managed in a timely manner and KPIs are met
  • Liaising with the client (SPV) and the Trust to maintain service compliance and quality standards
