This is a full-time on-site role for a Care Home Manager (Nursing) based in Huntingdon. The Care Home Manager will oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, ensuring the highest quality of care is provided to residents. Responsibilities include managing staff, conducting regular assessments of care services, ensuring compliance with healthcare regulations, liaising with families, and maintaining financial budgets. The role requires leading a team of healthcare professionals in delivering personalized and compassionate care to residents.
Qualifications- Proven leadership and team management abilities within a healthcare setting
- Strong understanding of regulatory compliance and care standards in the healthcare industry
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Experience in facility management, budgeting, and operational planning
- Qualified Nurse status with current registration (NMC)
- Experience in elder care and knowledge of diverse health conditions
- Proficiency in managing and supervising a multidisciplinary team
- Commitment to providing outstanding patient-centered care
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care or equivalent qualification is advantageous
