Home Manager - Learning Disabilities

Location: Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire

Salary: Up to 51K per Annum (DOE) + Excellent Bonus Structure

Reports to: Operations Manager

We're proud to be partnering with a prestigious Care Provider in their search for an experienced and committed Care Home Manager / Registered Manager to lead the day-to-day operations of one of their specialist services in Huntingdon, Cambridgeshire, supporting individuals with learning disabilities.

Skills & Qualities:

• Proven manager with experience of successfully leading a high-quality care home
• Qualified in Positive Behaviour Support, Learning Disabilities, or Nursing
• Currently registered with the CQC, or previously registered in a comparable role
• Strong, up-to-date knowledge of care sector regulations and best practice

Experience:

• RNLD or RMN with an active NMC pin - desirable (not essential)
• Knowledge of care regulations (CQC, Health and Social Care Act, KLOEs etc.)
• Passionate about high-quality, person-centred care
• Confident using IT systems
• Full UK driving licence required
