Paraplanner

We are seeking an experienced, proactive and detail-oriented Paraplanner to join our clients Chartered Financial Planning Firm. You will provide high-quality support to Advisers, ensuring a first-class service for clients. This is a pivotal role where you will combine administrative excellence with business-focused support, helping to maintain the smooth operation of our practice.

• Analyse client data and utilise research tools to propose solutions aligned with client objectives
• Conduct whole-of-market product research and maintain records of research undertaken
• Interpret information gathered by Advisers during client meetings
• Follow up on outstanding client information
• Prepare suitability letters and client quotes
• Process new business in line with compliance requirements
• Participate in monthly staff and consultant meetings
• Undertake ad hoc duties as required
• Stay up to date with relevant product, legislative, and technical changes
• Maintain personal Training and Competence records
• Monitor provider online access and client service levels
• Assist in the training of other team members

• Proven experience in a paraplanning or administrative support role within a financial services environment
• Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Proficiency in relevant software and research tools
