Role Overview

This is a key position within the business, combining executive‑level administrative support with sales administration and lead generation responsibilities. The successful candidate will be proactive, detail‑focused, and capable of managing confidential information while supporting the commercial objectives of the company.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high‑level PA support to the CEO, including diary management, meeting coordination, travel arrangements, and inbox management
  • Prepare correspondence, reports, presentations, and meeting packs
  • Coordinate meetings, follow‑ups, and actions to ensure priorities are delivered on time
  • Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Act as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
  • Support ad‑hoc projects and business initiatives as the company continues to grow
  • Generate and follow up sales leads through enquiries, databases, and outbound activity
  • Prepare and issue customer quotations and marketing information
  • Maintain and update CRM and sales records accurately
  • Liaise with customers, suppliers, and internal teams to support the sales process
  • Assist with sales reports, forecasts, and general administration
Skills & Experience Required
  • Proven experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Sales Administrator
  • Strong organisational and time‑management skills
  • High level of accuracy, attention to detail, and discretion
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
