Candidates must be willing to undergo a background check.

DEADLINE Applications will be accepted on an ongoing basis during the school year and interviews held as needed. Successful individuals will demonstrate a willingness and ability to transport students safely, while maintaining proper certifications.

Route Bus Driver

• Mornings and afternoons with a guaranteed 4 hours per day / 20 hours per week.

Activities Bus Driver

• Afternoons and evenings; primarily athletic trips for away games and field trips.
• Time begins when you leave with the team and runs until you return with the team.

• Drivers must have a CDL with school bus (P/S) endorsement.
• A DOT physical is required which will be provided by the school.
• A clear drug test as well as there will be random drug/alcohol screenings.
• Give evidence of a Biblical worldview and a personal spiritual commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and should be committed to and in agreement with the philosophy and objectives of Southlake Christian Academy.
• CPR certification required. Training is available onsite.
• Background check required.
• Demonstrate good communication skills and be able to work as a contributing member of the Southlake community.

Job Type: Part-time

Expected hours: 20 per week

Schedule:

Monday to Friday, Morning shift, Afternoon shift, Split shift
