This is a full-time, on-site role for an Assistant Manager located in the Huntersville area. The Assistant Manager will be responsible for supporting the store's day-to-day operations, driving sales, leading and motivating team members, and ensuring a positive customer experience. Key responsibilities include overseeing staff performance, implementing store policies, assisting in inventory management, and maintaining high visual merchandising standards. Collaboration with the store management team to achieve business goals is a core part of this position.

• Leadership and team management skills, including the ability to motivate, mentor, and develop staff
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills for interacting with team members and customers
• Organizational and time-management abilities for executing tasks and meeting deadlines effectively
• Retail operations knowledge, including inventory management, visual merchandising, and customer service
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills to address challenges and improve efficiency
• Experience in a retail or customer-focused environment is preferred
• Basic proficiency in technology and retail software tools
• A high school diploma or equivalent is required; additional education or certifications in retail or management are a plus
