Requirements

Managers lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience. Some managers also lead Departments, managing assigned systems such as Training, Food Safety, and Inventory Management, setting goals, delegating tasks, following up, and reporting results.

  • The Guest Service Department Manager ensures crew and managers deliver a great customer experience, that sales promotions are executed well, that all service staff are trained in service procedures, and that the Front Counter McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas are organized for optimal service.
  • The Kitchen Department Manager ensures the restaurant delivers high‑quality food quickly, maintains food safety, controls food cost, and trains all kitchen staff in production procedures, including new menu items.
  • The People Department Manager ensures the restaurant hires qualified crew, trains them well, and schedules them to meet sales and profit goals. This manager also ensures crew starts their day positively and that they are recognized and motivated throughout.

    Previous managerial experience is preferred, ideally within a restaurant, or hospitality environment. We’re looking for positive team players with flexible schedules who enjoy fun and have the passion to work in the famously fast‑paced McDonald’s environment. You must be 18 years or older to be a manager in our corporately owned and operated restaurants.
