About the Role

The QC Packer 2nd plays a critical role in ensuring that products meet stringent quality standards before they reach customers. This position involves meticulous inspection, accurate packing, and verification of product specifications to maintain compliance with company and regulatory requirements. The role requires a keen eye for detail to identify any defects or inconsistencies in products and packaging materials. The QC Packer 2nd collaborates closely with production and quality assurance teams to address any quality issues promptly.

Minimum Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Previous experience in a quality control or packing role within a manufacturing or distribution environment.
  • Basic understanding of quality control principles and inspection techniques.
  • Ability to read and interpret product specifications and packing instructions.
  • Physical ability to stand for extended periods and handle packing materials.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in a regulated industry such as food, pharmaceuticals, or consumer goods.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems (QMS) and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Basic computer skills for data entry and reporting.
  • Certification in quality control or related fields.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
Responsibilities
  • Inspect products and packaging materials for defects, damage, or inconsistencies according to quality standards.
  • Accurately pack products following established procedures to prevent damage during transit.
  • Verify product labels, quantities, and documentation to ensure compliance with order specifications.
  • Report any quality issues or discrepancies to the quality control supervisor promptly.
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area to support efficient packing operations.
