Pay Range
: $41.10 - $61.65

Where You Will Work: Atrium Health Digestive Health Gastroenterology and Hepatology

offers exceptional comprehensive and advanced Gastroenterological care for adults of all ages. Our multidisciplinary team provides access to an Inflammatory Bowel Disease (IBD) clinic, procedures such as colonoscopies, endoscopies, advanced motility testing, ERCP, EUS, etc., as well as alternative and supportive treatments such as acupuncture, GI psychology, and nutrition counseling to ensure holistic patient care.

We’re Looking For:

  • Completion of an accredited or approved program in nursing
  • Registered Nurse license issued by the state in which the teammate practices
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) for Healthcare Providers certification issued by the American Heart Association
  • Prior leadership and ambulatory care experience preferred
  • BSN required. RN candidates for external hire or internal promotion without BSN must be enrolled in a BSN program within 1 year of Hire/Transfer date and must complete program within 3 years of enrollment in the program
What You’ll Do
  • Monday – Friday, 8:00a
    -5:00p.
  • Oversight of daily workflows for two clinical teams, support for 3 APPs, 4 physicians, and 6 clinical teammates, ensuring seamless coordination and compliance with standards.
  • Provide and coordinate comprehensive patient care through the nursing process to deliver safe, therapeutic care in accordance with established standards, policies, and procedures.
  • Lead with evidence-based practice, clinical decision making, compassion, and effective communication to create a safe patient environment and best patient experience across the continuum.
