LPN​/RN Pediatric Home Health Nurse

Overview

Angels of Care Home Health is looking for Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) in Huntersville, NC and surrounding areas. Angels of Care has been caring for the medically fragile community across the nation since 2000. We pride ourselves on our values:

Starting at $29/hr.

• Provide direct, one-on-one medical care in patients  homes according to the active plan of care, as given by the physician and other appropriate personnel.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect quality of care for patients.

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New Grads Welcome; training provided).
• Ability to provide care in a client home setting.
• Ability to make a positive and lasting impression.
