The Curvex Lace Operator plays a critical role by expertly operating and maintaining Curvex lace machinery. This position requires precision and attention to detail to ensure that lace patterns are produced accurately and meet stringent quality standards. The operator will be responsible for setting up machines, monitoring production processes, and making necessary adjustments to optimize efficiency and product consistency. Collaboration with quality control and maintenance teams is essential to promptly address any issues that arise during production.

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience operating textile or lace machinery, preferably Curvex lace machines.
- Basic mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
- Ability to read and interpret production orders and technical instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Formal training or certification in textile manufacturing or machine operation.
- Experience with preventive maintenance and minor machine repairs.
- Familiarity with safety standards and regulations in a manufacturing environment.
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with team members.
- Ability to work flexible shifts and adapt to changing production demands.
- Set up and operate Curvex lace machines according to production specifications and safety guidelines.
- Monitor machine performance and product quality throughout the production cycle, making adjustments as needed.
- Inspect finished lace products for defects and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machinery to prevent downtime and extend equipment life.
