Overview
The Director of Digital Marketing is a high-impact, multi-faceted role responsible for driving brand growth, engagement, and partner value across digital channels. This role blends creative storytelling, channel expertise, and data-driven decision making to deliver engaging, shareable, and on-brand content. The Director will lead digital strategy execution, oversee performance measurement, and cultivate meaningful interaction around the brand, key personalities, and partners.
CompensationCompensation: $115,000-$125,000 + bonus

Digital Strategy & Performance- Develop and execute comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals
- Lead all digital marketing efforts across website, social media, email, content, and paid media
- Leverage data, analytics, and KPIs to evaluate performance, optimize campaigns, and guide strategic decisions
- Prepare and present channel, brand, and partner performance reports
- Own day-to-day use of Mar Tech tools (e.g., Mail Chimp, Google Analytics, Slate) and recommend enhancements to support scalability
- Lead the creation of compelling, on-brand campaigns for launches, events, and seasonal initiatives
- Oversee the social media content calendar and manage social channels during key event weekends
- Ensure brand consistency while evolving creative execution to align with cultural and industry trends
- Manage a rolling digital campaign calendar aligned with brand and partner initiatives
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies that support brand narrative and objectives
- Grow social media following, engagement, and overall brand awareness
- Identify and manage collaborations with influencers, platforms, and organizations to expand reach
- Serve as the primary digital point of contact for external partners
- Collaborate cross-functionally to align digital strategies with partner objectives
- Use data-driven insights to deliver measurable value to partners
- Own partner program strategy and manage agency relationships to achieve program goals
- Mentor and coach direct reports, fostering creativity, accountability, and professional growth
- Collaborate with agencies, internal teams, and leadership to ensure seamless execution
- Assist with presentations, including campaign analysis and PowerPoint development
Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, or a related field
- 6+ years of experience in digital marketing, social media, or communications
- 2+ years of management or leadership experience
- Strong expertise in digital and social media strategy execution
- Proven experience with analytics, ROI measurement, and performance reporting
- Strong project management, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working independently, under pressure, and to tight deadlines
- Flexible schedule, including weekends
