Client is seeking a motivated Engineering Associate to join our growing land development team. We specialize in residential and commercial site development projects and are looking for a driven professional who wants to grow into full project management responsibility. This is an excellent opportunity for a Civil Engineer who is ready to gain hands‑on experience across all phases of site development - from initial layout through construction plan approval - while working closely with clients and governing agencies.

The Engineering Associate will assist with and eventually manage projects from start to finish.

Responsibilities include:

• Site layout and design
• Stormwater management design
• Roadway design
• Erosion control design
• Grading design
• Construction plan preparation
• Coordination with local governing agencies
• Direct communication with clients

• Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (required)
• 1-5 years of relevant land development experience (preferred)
• EIT certification (preferred)
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Civil 3D (required)
• Experience with Hydro
  
  CAD, EPANET, HEC‑RAS, Microsoft Excel, and Outlook
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in an in‑office environment
