Overview
Automotive Assistant & Service Managers at Mavis Tire Family (NTB and Tire Kingdom). We are seeking full-time Automotive Assistant and Service Managers to join Team Mavis at a state-of-the-art automotive service and retail tire sales center in the Cornelius, NC area. With over 2,000 retail locations, Mavis is one of the largest tire sales and automotive repair chains in the United States.
ResponsibilitiesAssistant Manager — The Assistant Manager supports the Store Manager to ensure the retail location operates efficiently, safely and effectively. Responsibilities include enforcing policies, procedures and standards; scheduling mechanics/technicians; managing outside orders; ensuring quality and timely completion of jobs; meeting customer expectations; and maintaining team safety.
Service Manager — The Service Manager assists customers with tire selections and recommends necessary under-car repair services. They direct the workflow of Mechanics, Alignment Technicians and Tire Technicians; stage vehicle repair/maintenance work; drive sales initiatives; communicate directly with customers; assess customer needs; provide information on repairs and maintenance; ensure customer satisfaction with the in-store experience and strive to meet customer expectations.
