• Lead shifts every week, ensuring customers receive a fast, accurate, friendly experience.
• Manage assigned systems and departments (Training, Food Safety, Inventory Management, etc.), set goals, delegate tasks, follow up and report results.
• Guest Service Department: supervise crew and managers to deliver great customer experience, execute sales promotions, train service staff, and organize the front counter, McCafé and Drive‑Thru areas.
• Kitchen Department: ensure the restaurant delivers high‑quality, fast food, maintains safety, controls food cost, and trains kitchen staff on production procedures.
• People Department: hire qualified crew, train, schedule to meet sales and profit goals, recognize and motivate staff throughout their tenure.

• Previous managerial experience preferred, ideally in restaurant, retail or hospitality.
• Positive team player with flexible schedule and passion for working in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; ability to train staff and communicate goals.
