We are currently seeking a Part Time - Shift Supervisor to join our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services (IDD) division in Hummelstown, PA
.
This position coordinates the day‑to‑day activities of assigned program. This role directs the work of staff to ensure program and quality standards are met.
Qualifications & Experience- Ability to delegate and train personnel
- Ability to maintain poise and professionalism
- Demonstrated strong verbal and written communications
- Proven strong use of technology and the ability to learn new technology quickly and encourage others to do so.

The ideal candidate requirements are:
- 3+ years experience working with individuals with intellectual, developmental and physical disabilities
- Supervisory experience preferred
- College degree preferred
- Current and valid Pennsylvania driver's license
