This is a full-time, on-site role for an Operations Supervisor located in Humboldt, TN. The Operations Supervisor will oversee daily operations, ensure efficient workflow, and manage team performance to meet organizational goals. Responsibilities include supervising team members, allocating resources, maintaining productivity, analyzing operational data, and troubleshooting any issues that arise. The role requires a hands‑on approach to maintaining high standards in quality and efficiency.

• Supervisory skills to effectively manage and lead a team
• Experience in Operations and Operations Management
• Analytical skills to evaluate processes and improve efficiency
• Strong Communication skills for collaboration and conflict resolution
• Ability to identify opportunities for improvement and implement solutions
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field preferred
• Previous experience in a retail or similar environment is highly beneficial
