IMPRIMIS GROUP IS HIRING! Outside Sales Representative - Direct Hire | Hybrid - Field Work and In Office Houston, TX (Humble) | $45-50k + Uncapped Commission

Imprimis Group has partnered with a client who is seeking an Outside Sales Representative. Our client is currently searching for professionals who are looking for career growth opportunities and not just a sales position. The ideal candidate will be a professional with a college degree, some business-to-business experience preferred, and a strong competitive drive to be the best that is willing to prove themselves.

• Selling commercial waste removal, disposal and recycling services.
• Preparing bids, weekly call reports and calling new and existing customers.
• Interacting with customers, non-profit, business associations and trade shows.
• Gathering contract expiration dates, documenting existing customer concerns and working with other departments to satisfy customer requests for service.

• Bachelor’s degree preferred - NEW GRADS WELCOME!
• 1+ years outside sales preferred with B2B experience preferred.
• Ability to manage time effectively and accountability.
• Punctual, excellent communication and organizational skills.
• MS Office proficient, Salesforce and technical proficiency required.
• Goal oriented, persistent, resilient, effective time management and competitive.
• Reliable transportation & clean driving record.
• Spanish bilingual a PLUS!
