ScheduleMonday through Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM.
Responsibilities- Work together with Sales associates to support customer needs by determining the best products and solutions.
- Ensure the delivery of personalized customer service through timely quotations and accurate sales orders.
- Coordinate deliveries on behalf of customers.
- Answer sales calls for general information, addressing and resolving customer concerns or questions.
- Effectively use customer relationship management (CRM) and phone system.
- 1–3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred.
- Strong sales skills, including the ability to upsell.
- Project management abilities to support sales initiatives, coordinate timelines, and ensure follow‑up with the client preferred.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Proven track record of responding quickly to customer needs and making timely decisions.
- Plumbing or construction experience preferred.
- Ability to react well in a fast‑paced environment and follow through on commitments.
- Highly motivated and customer‑service oriented mentality with the ability to build relationships.
- Rapid acquisition of product knowledge and processes.

Pay Range$18.71 – $31.41 (monthly for salaried roles, hourly for all other roles).
