Assistant Manager – Kid to Kid – Atascocita, TX (Spring, TX)
OverviewKid to Kid is a buy‑sell‑trade store for babies and children, offering thousands of brands at up to 80% off regular retail prices. We’re looking for a full‑time Assistant Manager who is friendly, organized, and capable of leading a dynamic retail team.
Responsibilities- Provide excellent customer service and encourage staff to do the same.
- Assist in training new and existing staff, leading by example.
- Manage back stock, inventory and organize merchandise racks.
- Make daily social‑media posts (reels, stories, posts).
- Presort and buy incoming apparel, toys and equipment from vendors.
- Ring out customers at the register, teaching them how to shop with us.
